Chris Hren is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Science and a minor in Chemistry. In addition, he has a Master’s Degree in Teaching and Curriculum from MSU with a focus in mobile educational technology.

Chris has spent five years teaching and has served on the technology committee of two school districts. He is an expert in the field of educational technology. Chris has always been interested in technology and its potential for improving education. He believes that mobile technology will have a transformative impact on the future of education both in the classroom and at home. The students and parents he teaches and works with today are digital citizens who rely heavily on their mobile connection to society.

Chris founded SchoolEdge Mobile with one goal in mind: To harness the power of the cell phone in education today. He designed ParentEdge to save schools money, save teachers time, and help students succeed academically.

Lloyd Hren brings a strong business and management background to SchoolEdge Mobile. Robert has been the president of a successful small business for many years. In addition, he has played a key role in making ParentEdge a reality. Lloyd is a strong believer in the use of technology in education.

He is committed to helping schools achieve a cohesive mobile technology plan and policy that supports student growth through technology. Llyod is responsible for the financial operation of SchoolEdge Mobile along with the sales and marketing.

He currently is focused on expanding the number of schools using ParentEdge to increase parental involvement and improve student achievement.
